Directions for Use

Parts Cleaning

• Immerse affected parts in All-Solve HD and allow sufficient soak time.
• Use brushes or cloths to remove softened material.
• For faster results, heat solvent to 90-100° F (32-38° C) or use ultrasonic agitation.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry.

For Flushing

• If excessive amounts of liquid isocyanates are present, Iso-Flush must be used first. Failure to use the Iso-Flush may lead to gelling of the flushing solvents.
• Circulate All-Solve HD through equipment lines or tanks as part of your regular maintenance procedure.
• Mild heating to 90-100° F (32-38° C) and agitation are recommended for hardened deposits.
• Avoid leaving the product in the system for more than 4 hours.
