A highly refined, special purpose lubricant that has minimal reactivity with Isocyanates. Pump Fluid can be used for the following applications.

Flushing

• Use Pump Fluid to push the existing chemical from the equipment into a waste pail. Once all chemical has been pushed allow the Pump Fluid to recirculate for 5-10 min. Use when changing from one chemical formulation to another. If crystallized isocyanates are present in the system, flush with All-Solve prior to using Pump Fluid.

Equipment Storage

• Follow the flushing directions above. Leave the Pump Fluid in the hoses, pumps etc... Use anytime your equipment will remain idol for extended periods.

Throat Seal Lube

• Fill the proportioning pump wet cups/seals with Pump Fluid. The lubricant is designed to be distributed through the packings and piston surfaces to keep these items lubricated, preventing iso from crystallizing on the piston and damaging the packings. Check wet cup daily, refill as needed.
